Don’t forget to include your contact details in your talk.
This way, anyone who wants to discuss something with you can reach you, even if they don’t approach you immediately after your presentation.
I always include my email and a QR code linking to my LinkedIn profile. Sometimes, I’ll add my website or another social media account, depending on the type of event and the audience.
I usually put these on the last slide, which stays up during the Q&A. If there is no Q&A, I put them on the last slide of my presentation so the audience has enough time to note them down if they’re interested.
Also, if your email address doesn’t include your first and last name, consider adding your full name to the slide as well.
There’s another option, too.
People often take photos of slides during presentations. So you can add a small footer with your email address to your slides. That way, when someone looks through their photos some time later, they’ll know how to contact you.
