🎆 “New year, new me!” 🎆

This is how many of us start the new year  – with the New Year’s resolutions.

And that is great as the path to bettering yourself is always a good one to take.

But when doing so, keep two things in mind:

✨ Consistency beats quantity

✨ Realism beats perfection

So… what can you actually achieve in a year?

👩‍🏫 By reading 5 pages per day, you can finish The Hobbit and the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy.

🚶‍♀️ By walking 10 minutes a day, you will cover the distance of around 6 marathons.

🎤 By practicing speaking for 5 minutes a day, you’ll have practiced the equivalent of over 100 conference or TEDx-style talks.

You do not necessarily need huge, radical changes to make a difference.

Small, achievable steps add up.

And it is also ok to skip a day or two.  Life happens.

What matters is getting back to it and keeping on going.

Good luck, you can do it 💙.
